(1) The Minister of Finance of the Government of Nepal will have to submit the annual estimate to the joint meeting of both the Houses of the Federal Parliament in relation to each financial year including the following matters:-
(a) Estimation of Revenue,
(b) required amounts to be charged to the Federal Reserve Fund, and
(c) Required amounts to be expended in accordance with the Federal Appropriations Act.
(2) When submitting the annual estimate in accordance with sub-section (1), the amount of expenditure allocated to each ministry in the previous financial year and the details of whether the target has been achieved according to such expenditure shall also be submitted.
(3) The Minister of Finance of the Government of Nepal shall submit the estimate of revenue and expenditure as per clause (1) to the Federal Parliament on the fifteenth day of the month of June every year.
